We ship all orders placed Monday - Friday before 12 noon GMT for same day orders. For customers within the United Kingdom, your order should arrive within 2-4 business days 

If you do not receive your order within 6 days, please check your tracking number, then contact us and we will look into it for you. 

Our international orders take an average  delivery time of 6-10 business days, but could take longer depending on your country's customs process. 

This is outside of the control of Somni and the shipping carrier. 

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30 days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If you entered the wrong information for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to change it for you, but we can't guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed and shipped very quickly after purchase.

Yes! We recommend that you bring your Somni blender in your checked bag without any liquid inside. Many folks bring it in their hand luggage but in some rare cases the TSA may not allow it.

Your Somni can be stored dry in a cupboard, as you would any other cup or protein shaker. We recommend keeping the lid loose rather than tightly closed, to allow any excess water to evaporate.
